The mountain house was a rambling old white structure built beside a creek on a hillside of the Smoky Mountains. The place was charming and peaceful, yet, there was something mysterious about this "gathering place" and the stories it held. Stewardship Jack, the same Golden Doodle dog from the Stewardship Jack series, join in the stories. Bears, mountain lions, chiggers, crazy squirrels and a turtle, all are part of the adventures of a once loved dog who became homeless. Would he ever again find his very own home? "Paws" and learn after each chapter to discover ways to become a better steward. Follow Jack's adventures to a surprising conclusion to The Smoky Mountain Rescue.
