AACU Mission Conference 2023

Date & Location: August 10-12, 2023. Hyatt Regency Phoenix, 122 North 2nd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004.

Description: Our theme is, "Keeping the Faith During Rising Secularism." Preparing the university and college environment conducive to strengthening students with a Christian focused world-view that views the world through the eyes of Jesus even though we do this in an increasingly hostile world as it relates to Christianity.

Who Should Attend: All university administrators, deans of students, residence hall deans, student counseling center personnel, university chaplains, campus senior pastors, religion faculty, board chairs, and conference presidents and leaders are invited to attend.

Paying by check? 1) Please complete each online registration page with your personal information and registration details. You will be prompted to create an AdventSource account if you do not already have one. If you need to register another person simply click on "add a person" to complete their registration. 2) Please mail the completed registration page with your check or money order, paying the exact registration fee, made payable to AdventSource to the address listed below. No partial event registration payments will be accepted. 

Special Note: Failure to provide the completed registration page with your contact telephone number will delay the processing of your event registration. If AdventSource is not able to get complete information within three business days of receipt, your registration check or money order will be returned.

Mail-in Registrations: All registrations sent by mail must be received by noon Thursday, August 3, 2023.


Lodging: Hyatt Regency Phoenix, 122 North 2nd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Each attendee is responsible for booking their lodging by clicking on the hotel name, or by calling (602) 525-1234 using the Code (GW0U7) to receive the rate of $165 per night, plus tax for single or double occupancy through July 19, 2023. You will enjoy complimentary internet service in your room and all meeting rooms. You will also have complimentary access to the fitness center. Reservations may be cancelled up to 24-hours prior to check-in without penalty. Hotel check-in is 4:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am.

Hyatt Regency Phoenix Parking: You will be granted 25% off self-parking in the Chase Parking Garage based on availability. 

Meals: You will receive a reception on Thursday, lunch and supper on Friday and Sabbath with your paid registration fee. Please plan to take care of all other meals on your own.

On-Site Event Registration & Check-in: You may register and pick up your event material on Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 1:00-7:00 pm; on Friday, August 11, 2023 from 8:00-10:00 am. You may pay the on-site registration fee with any major credit card.

Children: As a courtesy to other participants, and to maximize your benefit during the event, we ask that you make other arrangements for the care of your children.

Dress: Corporate casual.
