No partial event registration payments will be accepted. 3) In order to receive a discounted rate your payment envelope must be postmarked with the date that rate ends.

Mail-in Registrations: All registrations sent by mail must be received by noon March 19, 2024.

Each registrant is responsible for booking their lodging by using the resort name listed above, or calling (877) 525-2427. The group rate of $194.00, per night, plus tax, will be available through March 11, 2023, or when the rooms are sold out.
Meals: Each attendee will receive a banquet meal on Sunday, with a luncheon on Monday and Tuesday.
Guest/Spouse Meal Tickets: You may purchase a spouse banquet meal ticket for $48, and a spouse luncheon ticket for $44 for each lunch. Simply "add a person" when you complete your registration to pay for the meal tickets for your spouse.
