Description: The theme for the Southern Union Conference Women's Convention 2023 is "Coming Together."
We're coming together to reconnect with old friends and connect with new ones; to recapture the splendor of embracing life together. Women of all ages, races, ethnicities, cultures, educational and economic backgrounds are eager to experience life in community.
We're coming together to give voice to our disappointments and dreams, our failures and successes, our despair and hopes, our crying and our laughter, our pain and purpose. We're coming together to embrace our value and God given destiny to love, serve, encourage, and support each other more than ever before.
We're coming together in our new normal that is full of new possibilities. We are coming together with renewed vitality, awareness and clarity as a testament of our beauty as women.

Mail-in Registrations: All registrations sent by mail must be received by noon Thursday, August 10, 2023.
Lodging: Signa by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort, 14100 Bonnet Creek Resort Lane, Orlando, FL 32821. Please register with AdventSource to attend the event before you reserve your lodging. You may reserve your room online by clicking on the link of the name of the hotel as listed in the first line, or you may call (800) 445-8667 to secure the event rate of $164 per night, per room, plus tax and service charges. The group code is (HSDA) or you may say you are with Southern Union Conference. You will be allowed to reserve up to a maximum of three rooms. The room block will end July 31, 2023. After this date rooms are on a space available basis.
Hotel Check-in: You may check-in at the hotel after 4:00 pm.
Meals: You will receive dinner on Friday; with breakfast and lunch on Sabbath. Please plan to take care of all other meals on your own.
