**Group of Five or More Registration: You may register a Group of Five or More attendees by using the $195 Early-bird Full Event Double registration fee, enter the information for the first person, then click on "add a person" and continue through registering your entire group. You will not see the registration fee discount until the final event payment page.
*Car Show: You are encouraged to drive or tow your old truck, car, RV, or motorcycle to the retreat, completely restored or not, and enter it into the Saturday night car show. Since our there is, "Strong Men of God," muscle cars will be emphasized, but not at the elimination of any classic car. Expect to see everything from a Dodge Viper to a funny car. Let's fill the parking lot.
*Sunbelt Cohutta Springs Triathlon: The 36th annual Sunbelt Cohutta Springs Triathlon will run on Sunday, October 6, 2019. You will pick up your packet from 10:30-121:45 am. Orientation will be at 11:45 am with the race starting at 12:30 pm. The race features a one-half mile swim,and 18 mile bike ride, and a four mile run. Please click here to register for the Triathlon paying from $30-$120. Please bring proof of your Triathlon registration when you check-in at the event.
To guarantee your place, please register ASAP. Register online or call AdventSource at (800) 732-7587. AdventSource will process registrations for this event through September 19, 2019. All major credit cards accepted.
Paying by check? 1) Please complete and print each online registration page with your personal information and registration details. You will be prompted to create an AdventSource account if you do not already have one. If you need to register another person simply click on "add a person" to complete their registration. 2) Mail each completed registration page with your check or money order with the exact registration fee, made payable to AdventSource to the address listed below. No partial event registration payments will be accepted. 3) In order to receive a discounted rate your payment envelope must be postmarked with the date that rate ends.

Mail-in Registrations: All registrations sent by mail must be received by noon Thursday, September 19, 2019.
Lodging: Your lodging is included at the Cohutta Springs Motel, 175 Cohutta Springs Road, Crandall, GA 30711. All rooms sleep two people. Rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and a TV. Please list the name of your requested roommate when you complete your event registration. Rooms will be assigned by event staff. If you have not listed a roommate one will be assigned to you by event staff.
Sabbath Commuter Registration: Lodging is not included with a Sabbath Commuter registration.
Meals: You will receive supper on Friday; breakfast, lunch and supper on Sabbath, and breakfast on Sunday with your full event registration fee. Please take care of any special dietary needs on your own.
A Sabbath Only registration will receive lunch and supper.
