Mail-in Registrations: All registrations sent by mail must be received by noon Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
Lodging: Double Tree by Hilton Silver Spring Washington DC North, 8777 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20910. A group discount available. Please click on the hotel name listed above to reserve your lodging at the rate of $175 per night, plus tax. Breakfast is included with your lodging fee. There is a self-parking fee of $10 per day. Check-in is at 4:00 pm with check-out at 11:00 am.
Early Departure Fee: If a guest leaves prior to their scheduled departure date, the guest will be charged $50 to their account. Guests who wish to avoid this fee must advise the hotel before check-in.
Meals: You will have access to an opening reception on Thursday; with lunch and dinner on Friday and Sabbath which are included with your registration fee. Please plan to take care of all other meals on your own.

On-Site Event Check-in: You may pick up your event material on Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 4:30-6:30 pm, or on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 8:00-10:00 am. Please plan to register early with AdventSource since no event registrations will be taken on-site.
Children: As a courtesy to other participants, and to maximize your benefit during the event, we ask that you make other arrangements for the care of your children.
Dress: Corporate casual. Sabbath attire is requested for worship hours.
