Animal Footprints

  1. Find one Bible text that speaks of animal feet or footprints.
  2. The difference between clean and unclean animals has to do with what 2 things?
  3. Study and identify 12 different wild animal footprints.
  4. Why do animals have different types of feet?
    1. Like hands
    2. Hooves
    3. Webbed

  5. Use play dough or modeling clay to create an animal footprint
  6. Go outdoors to find and identify 3 different footprints or play an animal footprint matching game.

  1. Leviticus 11:4, Revelation 13:2 or any verse of your choice.
  2. Feet and chewing the cud. Leviticus 11 defines clean and unclean animals. The feet of clean animals have a cloven, or split, hoof and chews its cud.
  3. Your choice of website or book on animal tracking.

    1. For grasping food and climbing trees.
    2. To be able to dig into the ground and not slip for running fast.
    3. For swimming to get away from predators and getting into their lodges.
  4. Play dough, modeling clay or you can make your own from flour and salt dough.
  5. Use any tracks you can find outdoors, deer, turkey, cat, turtle, dog, etc.…
