Kenn Dixon, Ph.D., is a strategic communication leader with more than 20 years of experience across nonprofit, healthcare, corporate, and faith-based organizations. He currently serves as Director of Stakeholder Communication for AdventHealth, leading strategies that connect diverse audiences and strengthen organizational alignment. He holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Media and Communication from Liberty University and has published research examining the relationship between communication strategy, engagement, and organizational growth, including a quantitative study applying Media Multiplexity Theory to local church contexts. He also earned degrees from Oakwood University and Full Sail University, along with graduate training in pastoral development and new media journalism. An ordained pastor, Dixon brings extensive ministry and leadership experience, helping organizations move beyond internal messaging to build meaningful, audience-focused connections.
